Standard Overnight: Next Business Day Evening
Priority Overnight: Next Business Day Morning (By 11.00 am in most Cities)
All orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders are processed and shipped on the same day if received before 2 p.m. EST. Orders received after 2 p.m. EST are processed on the same day but shipped on the next business day. Orders received on weekends or Holidays would be processed on the next business day. No order is processed or shipped on Saturdays & Sundays. Preorder items will be shipped promptly upon receipt from the manufacturer.
Shipping of an order could be delayed due to the following factors:
Non-Availability of product: If the order is delayed due to non availability of product, you will be sent a notice informing the delay and you will be given the choice to either keep your order “On Hold” till we receive the product or to select an alternate item.
Address Verification: We only ship to the addresses that are listed with your credit card company. If you are providing us an address to ship your product which is not listed with your credit card company, it is suggested to call them and get the shipping address enlisted so that your order is not delayed. Some orders may get delayed because of the slow response from the credit card company.
Credit Card Charge Authorization: We get all charges approved from the credit card companies before shipping. Some orders may get delayed because of the slow response from the credit card company. Some orders might be delayed for 2-3 business days OR more due to wrong/lack of information provided to us. Due to this, the orders will not be passed by our verification department till we have contacted the customer and received the full and correct information. Customers will be contacted via email and phone if the billing or verification department requires more information to process your order. Your order status will be visible on the Order Status Page and you will be communicated via email. Please respond as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary delays.
